Concierge Services: Eliminate congestion at the concierge desk by allowing guests to text message their needs to the concierges for any reservations or activities they would like planned. If the guest has a Web-enabled phone they will also be able to use V.I.P.’s mobile Web site to research shows or any other activities and then send requests to the concierge’s staff for reservations.
